b. Property Listings & Marketing

Once you’ve decided to list your property, we’ll begin the marketing process, including professional photography, listing on relevant real estate platforms, and promoting your property to a wide audience.

c. Offers & Negotiations

When we receive an offer for a property, our team will review it with you, and we will assist in negotiating terms that are most favorable to your interests. We will ensure that all contractual obligations are met and guide you through each step of the process.

d. Closing the Deal

Once the buyer and seller agree on terms, our team will ensure all legal, financial, and paperwork requirements are completed in a timely and professional manner, allowing for a smooth closing of the transaction.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Property Listings: Listing fees may apply depending on the services required, such as marketing, photography, or additional consultations.
  • Real Estate Consulting: Our consulting services are priced based on the scope of the work. You will be informed of the exact fees before we begin any services.
  • Commissions: For property transactions, Plan Real Estate charges a commission based on the final sale price of the property, which is typically agreed upon in advance.
  • Payment Methods: Payments for services are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or check. For property purchases, we will work with you to arrange payment and escrow services through licensed providers.

4. Sales Terms & Conditions

  • Accuracy of Listings: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about all properties listed for sale. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third-party sources such as property appraisers, inspectors, or other sellers.
  • Property Availability: All properties listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or change property listings without notice. If a property you are interested in has been sold or is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Service Availability: Our real estate services are available to clients located in the Wisconsin area and beyond. If you are interested in services outside our immediate region, please contact us to discuss available options.
  • Contract Terms: By engaging with us for property sales or listings, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in the specific contract or agreement signed at the time of service. These contracts will cover important details such as service scope, fees, timelines, and responsibilities.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Property Listing Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a property listing after it has been posted, a cancellation fee may apply based on the stage of the marketing process.
  • Consultation Cancellation: You can cancel a scheduled consultation appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the consultation and transaction process.
  • Be honest and transparent about your financial situation and preferences when purchasing or selling property.
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner to ensure the successful completion of property transactions.
  • Ensure that all documents and contracts are reviewed and signed in a timely manner to avoid delays in the transaction process.

Buyers and sellers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and consult with legal, financial, and other experts as necessary.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of relying on property information, contracts, or services provided by us, unless specifically stated in a signed agreement.
