  • Real Estate Services Fees: Refunds for real estate consulting or transaction-related fees may be requested within 7 days of payment, provided no services have been rendered or contracts signed.
  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel an appointment or consultation before the scheduled time, you may be eligible for a refund of the fee paid, subject to a processing fee or other restrictions.
  • Property Listing Fees: Refunds for any property listing fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of the listing process.

Refunds are not eligible for services where work has already been initiated, such as contract negotiations, property searches, or marketing services.

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Property Transactions: Once a property purchase agreement or contract has been signed, refunds are not applicable.
  • Property Listing Fees: If your property listing has already been published or actively marketed, it is non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Services: Any third-party services arranged through us (such as home inspections, appraisals, or legal services) are subject to the refund policies of the respective service providers, not Plan Real Estate.

4. Return Policy

Since Plan Real Estate is a service-based business offering real estate consultation and property management, we do not provide physical products for return. To avoid incurring a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.   • Consultation Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 20% may be charged for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
  • Property Service Cancellation: If a property-related service (such as showing or inspection) is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment, a 30% cancellation fee may apply.

Once your refund request has been approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a transaction was not made by you or was deemed fraudulent, you must report it to us immediately for investigation.
  • Failed Services: If services were attempted but could not be completed due to client non-cooperation or failure to provide necessary information, a refund may not be issued.
